Bath's Premiership Cup triumph last month marked a 17-year wait for silverware but now supporters have a taste for trophies, they'll be craving two more before the end of the season.
Having reached the Premiership final last year, Bath have proven to be the league's pacesetters - 10 points clear at the summit and almost guaranteed a home semi-final at the Rec, which has turned into a fortress under van Grann. 1996 was the last time they were crowned English champions. This year seems more likely than any to bring that drought to a close.
Challenge Cup title memories
Attention turns this week to the Challenge Cup, with Bath's underwhelming performance in the Champions Cup proving to be the only blot on their copybook so far in 2024/25.
They've been given a second chance at a European trophy in the form of the second-tier competition but considering those trophy-starved years the club's loyal supporters were forced to endure, they would be fools to take the Challenge Cup lightly.
Supporters will remember their triumph in 2007/08 vividly, with the likes of Steve Borthwick, Olly Barkley and Nick Abendanon starring for the Blue and Whites in the final against Worcester Warriors.
Squad depth
You can expect their prized asset Finn Russell to be wrapped up in cotton wool, certainly in the early knockout rounds, but the club has quite the capable deputy in talented young fly-half Orlando Bailey.
Bailey is just a number of academy graduates who are showing promising signs with England U20s' recent Six Nations campaign featuring an extremely talented hooker in Kepu Tuipulotu, while Tyler Offiah, son of Martin, is making waves with Bath University in Super BUCS after starring for England U18s.
Expect to see plenty of young guns unleashed in a bid to capture another trophy.
