What does it take to build a rugby team designed to represent an entire region? I sat down with Saabir from the Asia Pacific Lions for a proper conversation about the vision behind the Lions, bringing players together from across Asia and the Pacific, the tour in Sri Lanka, taking on Northampton Saints, and where the project goes from here. We get into the bigger picture around growing rugby across the region, creating opportunities for players, building meaningful international fixtures, connecting with fans and what the Asia Pacific Lions could become over the next few years. Plenty of rugby. Plenty of stories. And a look behind the scenes at one of the most interesting new projects in the game.
